Complete Parent Forms for 2026-27 School Year
Visit the CCSD Back to School Hub for Parent Forms instructions and information about the first day of school, transportation, meals, and other districtwide services.
Parent Forms must be completed before the start of school.
School‑specific information, including school supply lists and Back‑to‑School events, can be found on your school’s website.
School Supplies 2026-2027
Families may can purchase supplies 1 of 2 ways:
1) Use the grade level list below to make purchases and bring to COT in August.

2) Purchase a preassembled kit through EPI, a PTO partner. Supplies will be delivered to Cottonwood in July and delivered to your student’s classroom.

Student Payments Moving to MySchoolBucks
Beginning March 23rd, student fees and purchases have moved to MySchoolBucks, the system already used for meal payments. Families can now manage meals and fees in one place.

Back-to-School Health Clinics
Book your spot at one of our back-to-school health clinics offering school-required immunizations, sports physicals, and health enrollment support.

Starting pay:
Bus Drivers - $24.69/hr
Non-CDL Drivers - $22.26/hr
Bus Assistants - $19.63/hr

Start Time 8:00am End Time 2:45pm (Early Dismissal Wednesdays 1:45pm)
Students may enter the building at 7:50am and should be in their seats ready to learn at 8:00am.
