About Us

Welcome Back Cougars!

I am excited to kick off the 2018-2019 school year. This is going to be an amazing year for our staff, our community, and most importantly your children.  With the start of the school year only days away, there is a lot of excitement here at Cottonwood Creek. Our innovation construction is wrapping up, our teachers are setting up their classrooms to prepare for welcoming your children, our new staff members are moving in, and we are anticipating the first day back.  I hope you and your children are eager to start back, make new friends, learn new things, and explore new opportunities.

My goal as your principal is to ensure a safe inclusive learning environment that continues to demand high expectations, values relentless improvement, and provides students with the skills and knowledge to pursue their passions and interests.  All of us play an important role in this task, and I look forward to developing a collegial partnership with each of you in order to meet the needs of every child, every day. Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have questions and/or concerns.  Together, we will make this a great school year.

There will be several new faces as part of our Cougar family.  Please join me in welcoming the following staff members to Cottonwood Creek Elementary.
